I recently purchased a product, but I haven’t heard from you. Why is this?
It is possible that our team has reached out to you and our email to you went to your spam or junk folder. Check that first. Please keep in mind that the email address associated with your payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) is the only way we must reach you until 2-way contact is firmly established.
If you cannot locate an email from the team in your main inbox or your spam/junk/promo folders, please reach out to the team so we can assist you.
How can I get hold of the Cultivate Crypto team?
You can reach us by sending an email to support@cultivatecrypto.com or by sending a DM to @CultivateCryptoTeam on Telegram (coupled with your email for our records), or texting/calling 309-922-3646. Generally, calls from unrecognized numbers will go unanswered, so leave a voicemail detailing your name, contact info, and inquiry. The best way to reach out is via email at support@cultivatecrypto.com.
How do I purchase cryptocurrency?
There are many ways to purchase crypto, but this almost always starts with a fiat on-ramp. This can be a centralized exchange like Coinbase, Coinbase Pro, Kraken, etc. You can also purchase crypto from peers, but this is something you should only practice if you know and trust the person you are transacting with. Another option for on-ramping fiat into crypto is using a Bitcoin/Ethereum ATM. Be wary of high-rate fees when doing this.
Once you have on-ramped your fiat into the crypto space, you can move it around and purchase the crypto you want.
What is the Algo service?
The Cultivate Crypto Algo service is an automated bot that essentially gives buy and sell signals as Charlie would recognize them. It can be used to Dollar Cost Average (DCA) into positions you want more of while mitigating risk. The base Algo includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Kusama, Litecoin, Polkadot.

The next Crypto Mindset course will be held in January 2022.
What should I do to prepare for the next Mindset course?
To prepare for the course, you should start viewing the daily content on the Cultivate Crypto YouTube channel (which is absolutely free).
You should also set up your fiat on-ramps, wallets, Trezor/Ledger (see above) before the course begins.
Make sure to download a Zoom account and a Telegram account if you don’t already have them.
You should try to familiarize yourself with the absolute basics before the course begins. Looking up “how to” videos on simple things like sending crypto between wallets or creating a MetaMask wallet will prepare you for the course and allow us to focus on the things that actually provide you gains.
You may also want to look up a tutorial on Uniswap. While this will be addressed during the course, it would be good to be familiar with it beforehand.
You will receive a course outline with your welcome to the course links after your payment has cleared.
Since we cannot prevent you from using the course links and recordings once we have sent access to you, there are no refunds once you sign up for the course.
